2018 Skagit Change Maker Award Recipient

This week at Community Action's Needs Assessment Data Release at Northwest Career Center Cheryl Bishop received the Skagit Change Maker Award. Through her persistence, leadership and vision Cheryl has contributed to making Skagit County a wonderful place to live. She is the first ever awardee for this special honor. The Skagit Change-Maker Award was created in honor of Terry Belcoe by United Way of Skagit County, Leadership Skagit, Skagit County Public Health, Community Action, North Coast Credit Union, and Population Health Trust.
