MATERNITY SUPPORT SERVICES
Maternity Support Services (MSS) are preventive health and education services to help a woman have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby.
INFANT CASE MANAGEMENT
Infant Case Management (ICM) can help families learn about, and how to use, medical, social, educational, and other resources in the community so the baby and family can thrive. ICM may start any time after Maternity Support Services ends.
EARLY SUPPORT FOR INFANTS AND TODDLERS
The Department of Early Learning’s (DEL) Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) program provides services to children birth to age 3 who have disabilities or developmental delays.

PARENTING CLASSES AND SUPPORT GROUPS
PREGNANCY CHOICES – THRIVING HEART MOM’S SUPPORT GROUP
A monthly support group that meets the second Thursday of the month. This is a great opportunity to connect with other moms in the community. Besides meeting other moms, this group provides practical and engaging information surrounding topics of interest related to parenting.
