In-House Programming

In-House Programing

In an effort to make sure all Skagit children are ready for success in school and life, United Way of Skagit County now offers the following in-house direct services and programs.

Financial People Project

Peer-led financial education sessions are regularly held with groups of low- to moderate-income individuals and families to help achieve upward economic mobility by gaining and leveraging assets to produce wealth.

Diaper Bank

Diaper need is something that effects families all over the country, and our home here in Skagit County is no different. United Way collaborates with our partner organizations to provide diapers and other supplies to families in need.

Youth United Volunteer Program

Coaching, support, and resources to encourage high school students to volunteer 100+ hours within their communities.

Dolly Parton Imagination Library

Founded by Dolly Parton in 1995, this initiative has distributed millions of books to children worldwide. By providing access to quality books, the program aims to improve educational outcomes and inspire a lifelong passion for learning.
